Payment and delivery
Delivery of goods within the Netherlands takes from 3 (three) business days from the date of payment, provided that the goods are in stock. You can check availability on the website or by contacting our consultant in any convenient way.
The exact production or delivery time for goods that are out of stock can also be clarified with a consultant.
In addition to standard sizes, you can order a custom size and color for your sofa and bed, as well as a custom size mattress. Custom orders take 25 to 44 business days to complete.
How to order:
- in our store, if there is such an opportunity, you will be able to personally study samples of furniture and upholstery materials;
- place an order on the website: our consultants will contact you to clarify all the details if necessary. Only standard products can be purchased through the website.

When placing an order, we sign a bilateral contract, where we fix the terms, prices, and all the individual features of the order.
How to pay
Payment methods of your choice:
- debit/credit card in the store;
- electronic bank transfer;
- online.
When making an individual order, a 100% or 50% prepayment is required. We prepare and sign a package of documents before the prepayment is made. This package includes the contract, the specification with all the individual features of the order, as well as the project (schematic image of the configuration). The same procedure applies when ordering a product that is currently out of stock.
Delivery
- goods are delivered unassembled;
- we arrange the delivery in advance (both the day and the convenient time);
- we deliver/bring the goods to the apartment/house, assemble them in the same time period, if it is possible to do so;
- we assemble the furniture free of charge;
- we bring the furniture into the apartment/house free of charge.
Delivery of furniture to Amsterdam and within 30 km of the city limits of Amsterdam is free of charge. Delivery takes 3-5 business days.
We deliver to Rotterdam and The Hague free of charge. Delivery time is 5-10 business days.
We can deliver to other cities ourselves, using our own vehicle, at the buyer's expense. The cost is 1 (one) euro per 1 (one) kilometer from the nearest city with free delivery.
Rotterdam and The Hague – free delivery applies only to sofas and beds. All other goods are delivered on a paid basis or sent by a carrier at the customer's expense.
